I called Dixie Pest Control after finding ants in my son's room. I called two other big name pest control companies and they were unable to send someone out the same day. Doug Morgan was extremely responsive, kind, and able to come out that day. He was thorough inside and outside the house. And the price was unbeatable. Highly recommend!

He was very polite and answered questions I had. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process to me. He told me the problem spots and his recommendations. I will be using Dixie Pest Control again.

The service I received was very personal! I felt like a person and not a number. I called on a Tuesday and was serviced Wednesday. On Friday they came back out to see how everything was going and re-treat. True professionals, who actually care and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied! Not something you typically get in the wold anymore. And the price was unbeatable!

Great company highly recommend customer service is the best called him on Wednesday and he came out on a Saturday to work on the bug problem we have he got rid of all the bugs for us cant thank him enough.
